Tom specialises in greenhouse gas impact analysis, scenario testing, reporting and verification. He also has experience and a keen interest in socio-economic assessments and the development of strategically aligned social impact frameworks. He has over 10 years' experience working in NZ and internationally, helping clients to measure, understand, contextualise and communicate their impacts.

Tom's experience spans a range of industries including construction, energy, financial services, transport and food manufacturing. He has worked with complex, multi-national organisations to measure and report on both their direct environmental impacts and impacts across their supply chains and investment portfolios. As a certified auditor, Tom also provides auditing and verification services for GHG reporting in line with ISO 14604.

Tom also has experience in providing strategic advice and helping to develop and deliver social impact frameworks that align with organisational strategies, goals and stakeholder expectations. These frameworks have supported public and private sector clients to define, measure and report on both quantitative and qualitative impacts. He is knowledgeable of and has experience in international best practice in the development of social impact frameworks.
